Pitam De Sarker cut his teeth and then developed his point of view in advertising. He was a VP Creative in JWT. Not only does he have an eye for detail in designing but also an exhaustive understanding of strategic and business side of a brand.

His experience spans ATL, Design, Exhibitions, Retail Merchandising, BTL and Experiential. He headed JWT Connect (Experiential & Design Cell) and turned the SBU into one of top revenue generating units in India.

Pitam worked as an Brand Custodian for diverse range of brands over a period of 27 years at JWT and Ogilvy: Citibank, Lux, Sunsilk, Ford, Ponds, Rin, FedEx, Hindustan Motors, Phillips, Knorr, HPCL, Ashok Leyland, Parryware, Reynolds, LIC, Shaw Wallace, Godrej & Boyce among others.

After a decade working with two major advertising agencies in the country, he decided to do something on his own. In the beginning of 2013, he started a compact shop named LOGGERHEADS with two young chaps. Today, Loggerheads has expanded into Healthcare communication and running with 40 professionals.

He believes that one of the most effective ways to reach consumers in the current scenario is a one to one interaction that is best achieved through experiential advertising. Combined with digital support, this mode of advertising can bridge many a gaps in the communication highway. Especially the ones closest to the consumer in the buying process – the proverbial last mile, which often proves to be difference between make or break!

A technology geek and an entrepreneur, Biswajit was Head IT, Ogilvy Group, SAARC.

He was responsible for strategic planning and implementation of IT services and created an envious IT backbone for the Group.

After serving with Ogilvy for over 20 years and he moved on to pursue his creative interest in Digital Communication and co-founded Mio Digital. Mio is one of hottest Digital Agency in the town and boasts an impressive Client list in likes of Bajaj Auto, ICICI Prudential, DSP BlackRock, Fever FM 104 etc.

He is a co-founder of LOGGERHEADS, who’s vision & mission to develop a people friendly organization without any Hierarchy culture.
